14-day return policy

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring any costs, except for the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

To make a return, please report it by e-mail to: studio@marblelabel.com, and then send the unused goods with the attached return form to the following address:

Cost reimbursement:

The payment is refunded using the same payment methods that were used during the purchase, unless the Consumer has clearly indicated a different form of payment refund. Payments are refunded no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. More information about returns and complaints in the Store Regulations.
